Kevin Milligan, a fourth-generation artist, has been painting since age seven. H Is works are exhibited at regional and national levels, wher they ahve received awards and highly favorable review. In particular, his work was selected for the forty-ninth Annual Butler Midyear Natonal Exhibition of American Art and the Maryland Academy of Arts National Exhibition. HIs cityscape, "Oakland Skyline with the Grankd lake Theater," has been chosen for the Twentieth Century Urban Landscape Exhibition at the Oakland Museum. Kevin mostly enjoys painting en plain air in fileds, back streets and vineyards aroudn the county of Mendocino. He also paints along the coast from Carmel to the Bay area.
